how do you spend quality time with your children?

I am a full time employee, working 8 to 5. When I leave the house in the mornings, my kids are asleep. When I get home, they're already sleeping. I get to be with them only on Sundays. I'm running out of ideas on possible activities my husband and I can do with them. I'm desperate for suggestions... BTW, I have 4 kids: 7 (boy), 6 (girl), 3 (boy), and 1 (boy) year old.

I spend quality time with my kids by playing with them and learning the things that they really enjoy.. Take them to nature walking and let them exercise and laugh with them is always a good bonding.

That's a good idea. Quality time for us is "spending time with them at the Mall; buying toys, eating together". But we do the same things every weekend. And its very costly too. This weekend, maybe I'll bring them to a park near our house, bring a ball or anything that we can play with, and some food.
