coping with materialist person

suppose that your spouse or partner is a materialist person and you are not. what are tips or suggestions on how to cope with a materialist person? your advice guys are highly appreciated..

oh wow! i never really thought of that. it is probably okay if you both have a lot of money. but i never thought of this because my husband and i are not materialistic. we live within our means and we are very happy. maybe you can ask some counselors on the matter? or maybe you can both lay down your income and just try to budget your money? take care always and good day to you.
