How do you say thank you after receiving a bunch of flowers?

I just got a flower express delivery from my boyfriend and i dont know how to say thank you.. Its actually the first time he gave me flowers and there is no occassion at all so i did not really expected it. It was so sweet! A corrier came to the office a few hours ago and the receptionist received the flowers. I felt so girlish and so pretty and so special! We actually planned to dine tonight at a local restaurant, i dont know what to say to him.. i think a simple thank you is not enough. I want to tell him that im very thankful of his sweetness and that i really really appreciate the flowers.. but frankly, i cant find the words..
