How Do You Deal With 'Phishing" Emails?

In the past, I always used to get those "phishing" emails on my Hotmail or Gmail accounts. Now I am getting them in my personal ISP account. They are so annoying!
To make things worse, my ISP doesn't have a "block" or report feature, so I can't do anything to report these emails. I am getting at least 5-7 of these per day and all I can do is delete them.
How do you deal with these emails? Any ideas as to how I can get them to stop?
