Do you like working long distance?

I have a custom of working long distance .After walking long distance.I feel better !Two years ago ,I was very hating walking,but I still persist walking ,then 1 months later,I think walking long distance is a enjoying!Now If my mood is very bad I will walk,It gives me a good feel!
