Do have any experience with MS Virtual PC?

Sometimes ago I discovered Microsoft Virtual PC and was amazed with the features and advantages it offers but I noticed that I people have not been talking much about it in the forums and I have wondering why. I think it a wonderful software program from MS. But why very few is talking about it? It is that most people don't know about it or have not been using it? Anyone here had any experience with it or willing to try it out and share his/her own opinion?

Virtual PC is great! However the big contender to the Microsoft product would be the Virtualization giant, VMware. Ever since VMWare released a free version of their product, i don't see much reason to use anything else. I would give VMWare a shot. They also have a lot of virtual machines already configured (called appliances) where you can download preconfigured firewalls, dhcp/domain controllers, webservers, ftp servers etc... I can't really compare to Virtual PC as i only used it once 4+ years ago.

Hmm! I see, I've heard some bit about VMware but I've not really try it out cause then I also learnt it was not free, maybe I'll do that one of these days since you said they now have a free version. Thanks for you contribution.
