Bungling burglars!! April fools

I have just read an article about a burglary in Australia. It says that two burglars (one male, the other female) raided a restaurant in Melbourne on April Fools Day (1st April) last year. They made off with a bag but it wasn't full of loot - it only held bread rolls! To cap it all one of them shot the other in the buttocks as they tried to get away. They are now languishing in jail, one for 7 yrs and the other for 8 yrs! Who were the fools on that special day!? Do you have any April fool stories?
