I find my brain gets very cluttered and i know it is normal as i am very busy and i have a lot of things going on in my life.It feels like a bubbling pool of water.a thought pops up, but before it has time to be thought about another one pushes past and knocks it back in the water. All day the thoughts are bubbling...don't forget to pay this bill...remember to pick up kids...car needs taxing...hair appointment at five...get the groceries later...These are the less important thoughts.Usually i remember them but then where do i get time to resolve the bigger issues? Does anyone have any ideas on how to declutter?

Hello, superbren .... You are unnecessarily taxing your brain.soon after getting up in the morning you plan out with priority what are the works to be attended today and accordingly attend to those works.this practice should be continued for the whole life then only you will achieve success.thank you. `

Write a list this helps to get the thoughts out of your head. Once you have your list then prioritise it. You'll find that you'll feel a lot less stressed and also a feeling of accomplishment when you score out the completed tasks.
