What do you think about Yahoo and it possibley being sold? Do you think its good, bad or otherwise? All opinions are welcome!

I also didn't know it was getting sold or going into a merger. I may have heard something a while back with a possible hostile takeover, but I heard that the other company backed down or Yahoo refused to accept their offer. But, that was quite a while back.
