How to do frienship

Hi to all mylloters today i have seen a beautiful girl which i have never seen girl like her before because innocency and his face was ssssoooo beautiful. today in the office of college i went for inquiry about my future education and that time i saw one girl standing side of me and she was asking for his hallticket which is lost i think because i dont we are not still friends. I want to do friendship with i am not in love with her then also i have been ashamed to do friendship due she is unknown to me and i also unknown to her :( So friends please help me to do friendship with her, how can i please advice ? I am asking this quetion but i am not sure that i can find her :(

if it is meant to be, you will run into the girl again. The easiest thing to do is start a casual conversation with her, say hello, talk about something she is holding or doing...maybe find out if she is in any groups or clubs or classes? Just don't become a stalker, lol. good luck!
