My husband and I were talking last night about US politics. It has been a hot topic around our home since 9/11. We have looked at the 9/11 truth movement stuff, like Loose change, comes first to mind along with countless other documentaries and writings.
My husband said they were talking at work, the other day about some rumor someone heard about all three of the front running candatites will be on the ballet in Novemeber. Wait a ticket with all three choices, McCain, Clinton, Obmama? I started to think about something. They are neck in neck with their fundraising efforts.
If they are neck in neck and the three of them are running in November, how will be have a President. There are only so many electorial College votes, how can anyone of these people get enough votes to become President. BTW personally, I think majority vote should decided, I am for doing away with Delegate voting and the electorial college voting, its not right. That is not the meaning for Democracy, the meaning of Democracy is the majority decides.
I have read and talk to people who have been talking about a new civil war, because they think, our current President is trying to make America, a dictatorship. If no candiate gets enough electorial college votes, what happens. I have talked about what might happen before, but last night it dawned on me, this could be a way that Martial Law gets called in the United States, it makes sense.
Wait I think I need to back up some, I am starting to even confuse myself. The rumors are, that the government is going to bomb a bunch of buildings near or just after the elections in November, and that they will blame it on others from other countries and will declare Martial Law on the American People. Then they will start rounding up the American Peoples guns, the exchange in power never happens. Thus causing a civil war, because Americans are not going to give up their guns. Some might be dumb and give them up, but the most will fight or die to keep our rights. Btw the rumor is this is suppose to happen if a woman or black man is elected. (Not my words, I am a woman and out of the candiates left, Obama has my vote, because I sent him an email, and got my questions answered, he is the only candiate that has responded to me.)
But last night a new idea popped into my head, could dictatorship come about, when no candiates have enough electorial College votes, to become president? How do you think it would come about? Do you think the current admistration would be so bold to start a civil war in the United States? Think about it, and if you haven't heard any of this stuff before. Go to google, search term "9/11 truth" and research before you respond, please....
What will you do if this happens and United States turns into a dictatorship? Will you fight, maybe even die to protect your right for yourself and your children? Or will yo become a mindless robot and do what the government tells you to do?
My answer to that question is this " To take my gun, you will have to pry it out of my cold dead hand."

I think you are listening to a lot of conspiracy theories that have little merit.
The only way we could have three choices for the general election is if someone is from a third party. In fact, sometimes we have 3, 4, 5, 7 candidates for president to vote for if you take a look when you go vote. There is always Democrat and Republican, but there are always green party, libertarian, and others. If you want to be on the ballot, you have to get at least 750,000 legitimate signatures.
The checks and balances put forth in the constitution prevents the US from becoming a dictatorship with checks and balances. The problem, is however, people don't like to think for themselves and want the government to provide more and more services for them. They want the govt. to do everything short of wiping their behinds. The more we insist that the government provides free services that could be more competitively and efficiently handled by the private sector, we give up more freedoms.
BTW, when Obama "answered your email" you got a form email from a volunteer or a staffer. They just copy and paste it and send it. He doesn't personally answer you.
