Do you smoke w eed because you're stupid or are you stupid because you smoke it?

I was picking up my younger brother from high schol last night and they were passing out flyers on the Marijuana. I found it so interesting because I know weed is a horrible drug but I din't know some of the stuff that was actuallly in this drug. Apparently teens using Marijuana are more likely to experience severe problems in the brain. Smoking it impairs development in the frontal lobe of the brain that is responsible for reasoned and logical thinking. All this time I thought people were stupid for smoking it, when really they are stupid because they smoked it. Five joints a week are as bad as smoking a pack of cigarettes a day! I hope teens realize this before its too late.
