Anyone ever work for Procard International?

Hi everyone, I'm new hear but was wondering if anyone has had any luck with Procard International. It's an online job in which the company sends you a list of email addresses and you email them a script about how they can sign up and what the benefits are and so on. You try to get to become active members. When they sign up, you make 15 bucks and for every month they stay active, you get $1.50. I tried it for a little while and never made a dime. Has anyone ever had any luck with this?
