who is your favourite director?

I like many hindi film directors like yash chopra, hrishikesh mukherjee, prakash mehrabut my favourite is SOORAJ BARJATIYA. I knoe many would say that he makes same type of films on marriages and familt drama but thats the reason i like him. Many people have tried to make ilms based on family and marriges but all have failed while sooraj has a 100% success record. the only time he faile was when he tried to make something differnt in MPKDH. The simplicity that is reflected in his film is missing in tadays films which has to much of skin show. He made asuperhit film Vivah from a small newspaper article. This shows the talent and the the hold that he has on his sript and screenplay. Who is your favourite director.

according to me amir khan is a good director he has just know jump into this field but from his recent directed film he has prooved himself.
i mean to say that his film tarre zameen par.
he has done a good job in that film he has directed so well that a simple movie or a concept or you can say a story has got a great success. because a simple movie get a huge one if directed by a good director.
he is an actor as well as a good director.

yes i too liked Taare Zmaeen Par. he is a very brave person to choose such a subject for his first film. I liked the the film very much but still Aamir has to delver 4-5 hits to be considered a good director. but Aamir is a perfectionist and i am sure he will become a very good director.
