Do you ever delete your referrals?

I have 15 referrals and only about 2 are active. Some signed up under me, just to get credit for another site, but have not participated in this site at all. I don't know whether to keep them on my friends list or not. I'm afraid they might come back in the future and then I won't be able to earn from them. Do you ever delete your referrals for lack of participation or because they have offended you in some way?

I have three, one of them I knew of because his my cousin. But his not active anymore, but still I have him on my list. The other two, only signed in and never got the chance to participate. I don't have them on my friend's list, so I don't have any problem with it. I would suggest that you do what you feel is right, besides, they are your referrals and they might come back to you as soon as they get active here again..

Yes, I believe so too. But I think he's just way too busy with his personal life, he's raking more money than be here and that could be one reason as well!

Its too bad that your cousin isn't active. Some people just don't know what they are missing. LOL.

I hope they do and I loved the way you said "a member of this joint".

Only one of mine is active at the moment, but I never really thought about deleting them. I guess it doesn't really matter that they're just sitting there, and as you say, they might suddenly decide to come back one day. Brightest Blessings.

I decided to delete one a while back and as soon as I hit the delete button, I thought, "ooh, maybe I shouldn't have done that". Oh well.

It seems more and more people are coming to Mylot, and perhaps you were a bit hasty in hitting that button. I heard that Morachat has ceased operating now, so there's only a couple of meagre rivals left, and I think Mylot will be boosted again. Still, as you say, never mind. It's easy to think in hindsight.

Deleting them from your friend's list won't delete them as referral. You will still get the money. I have done it... So I know...

(Sob) I only have one referral. My daughter. Last time she saw me on myLot her exact words were: "not still doing that old cr@p are you?" Not sure whether to delete or exterminate.

Yes, you never know. Maybe I'll send them a message and remind them that this place exists.

I have not done till now. But i think i have to do that in near fuure. none of my 13 referrals are active. so i make nothing from them. I do not know why they joined if they are not to post here.

Most of the ones that joined under me that aren't active only joined to earn credits for another site. I don't think their intention was to ever use this site.

I am afraid I have never made any referrals to have to be faced with this decision. Though I think if I had 15 I would not be too intruded upon keeping them on my list even though inactive - as like you say they may one day become active and you will miss out on the opportunity. It is not very much inconvenience to have them there, is it?

No, its not inconvenient whatsover, but I highly doubt some of them will ever do anything with this site.

I only have 1 referral and she is not active anymore! I very rarely delete anyone from my friends list - there is plenty of room there. This is really sad but I do have one friend on my list who passed away several months ago and I have not been able to face deleting her yet - it just doesn't feel right! xxx

Oh wow, that is so sad. I think I would have a hard time with that too. I'm really sorry to hear about your loss.

I only have 3 and one is my dad who is too ill to participate at the moment, one is a friend who is to busy even to accept me as her friend and is on 0 and the other is my ex partner who has only ever started one discussion and as he used to use my computer can't see himstarting too many more, but they will all remain as who knows what the future holds eh! Your choice but I personally would keep them in case they restart. Ellie :D

I wouldn't delete my referrals even if they were inactive. You never know when they will come back. Or maybe they are just really busy or forgot about the site. You should send them a msg to see why they are inactive. couldn't hurt

Thanks. You must have read my mind. I thought about messaging them as a reminder.

I have one who is not active at this time. We work at the same job. She and I are very busy in our lives. I have not enough hours in a day to respond myself. I will never delete my referrals.

Since you work with your referral, perhaps the site could come in conversation. I'd say there might be a good chance of her using the site at some point.

I honestly can't think of a valid reason why I'd want to delete any of my referrals. Only a few are doing anything at all, and only about 2-3 that are pretty consistent, but what's the harm in keeping the one's that aren't? They're not taking anything away from other things.

I don't think it matters. I have many referrals at another site, in fact I have a donline of about 8000 but only 100 or so of them are active. I don't ignore them, I try to nurture them and help them but after a while just accept the fact that not everybody is the same. Some join just for curiosity, or are addicted to joining things! As long as they are not costing you, or causing you strife, I say let them be.

No I don't delete mine, I have 30 and not one of them is active, but I still keep them as friends, makes no difference to me, I even have them on notification, you never know if they do come back and it isn't much heartache is it to keep them as friends? Not as if taking them off your friends list is going to make any difference. Annoying when they just sign up and do nothing I admit but there's nothing to be gained by deleting them.

I think you are absolutely right Wolfie. I'd be surprised if they ever came back and did anything though.

I wasn't aware that you could delete your referrals. I have 11 but none of them are really active right now. Some signed up and didn't even post. Others just got too busy. I don't think I would delete them because what if they want to come back? I would love to get credit if they suddenly came back and were prolific earners.

I deleted quite a few the other day on my friends list. A lot of them have not been in here in a long time and a few of them didn't have any discussions. Then again it is like you said they might come back and reply to a discussion that I have started.

I think most of the ones that signed up under me just did it to earn credits so that they could get referrals on their own sites. They have never posted any discussions.

In fact I have only three referrals. Although they are not active here at all, but I have no reason to delete them anyway. Perhaps one day they will be active here. Who knows?

I don't have any myLot referrals. I would say that you should keep them for awhile. Who knows they may decide to be active. After awhile I would be tempted to delete them too, but they are not hurting you any by sitting there on a list. I would leave them there.

Hello there kbourgerie, as for me, I currenly have 4 referrals under me and they are none active at all! LOL!! But I don't intend to delete them, because I appreciate that they have taken a few minutes of their time to join under me and fill out their particulars. And also for the fact that they might be coming back anytime to join in the discussions and become active suddenly. You just do not know what is in store in mylot, so I just let them be. In other words, I just let them "park" in my id system there, LOL. It's alright if you have accidentally deleted them; do not regret. You can always get back other referrals which are active. By the way, how did you end up getting 15 referrals? That's quite a number..

I got my referrals in two ways. One I belonged to another social networking site and when I left it, I invited several people to join me here. The second was through a referral earning site. Those are the ones that are not active though.
