Have you send an SMS to a wrong person?

I once wanted to send a message about how it felt to be married to my friend who had just got married but sent it to my dad by mistake - "So how does it feel like to be just married" It was hilarious and within 2 minutes I got a call from home. Anyway - it was just fun!

that was one embarrassing and dangerous thing to do...sending sms to your father some messages that was not supposed to be for him and worst the message contains things not good for him...i have mada some wrong sms sent but not to that extent...if i were you i would be more careful in sending messages from now on...

That happened to me as well and I felt awful. It was so embarrassing on our part to send a message to a person who should not read that message. It happened to me several instances before and you know, it somehow taught me to be more careful and mindful of my SMS. I hope that you straighten that issue with your dad. Good luck

yeah! its horrible feeling ryt after you press the send button and realized that it was being sent to the wrong person hehe i do sometimes...^_^

hii...afternoontea!! i have same experience like you, it's really shocking moment after i sent the sms at the first time, it happen to me once. but i used this situation as a reason to sms a girl that i like (as an opening)he..he.he and it's work!! ;p

The same happened with me also. I was forwarding a sms to my friend, but unfortunately sent to my father. Actually it was a message that should not be read by my father. :) I immediately got reply from my father. "Don't send such kind of sms, concentrate on your study",, :(

yes i encounter this problem frequently..the main reason is that earlier i have been using nokia phone but recently i purchased a motorola and its controls are entirely different from the older one...after sending the message when i look at the sent items then only i realize that i have sent the sms to the wrong person and then i have to send them another message saying that the message was not for u it just sendby accident

I haen't ever sent a wrong SMS but I have dialed plenty of wrong numbers. I dialed one today, as a matter of fact, when I tried to call a friend of mine in Kentucky. That stuff happens all the time with all the buttons we have to push, these days.

Yes sometimes and thats why when I send an sms, I will sure that the number of person I will send the message is correct so that I am not embarass to wait the reply of that person.

I will send it wrongly when both msgs from different ple come in together.. haha ^_^ because i will just wanna reply fast and i will take for granted that that one who i reply 1st will be the 1st to reply me too.. LOL ^_^ As a result, i will get my frenz telling me i'm replying to the wrong msg.. hehe

Well, it goes both ways. :D sometimes, I do it intentionally. well, if I need to send something that I really meant for that person but I don't want him/her to think that it's for him/her. It's kinda hard to explain. But those unintentional "wrong sends" happen sometimes. :D

yes i do, sometimes they sent it back to me to tell that it was wrong sent, sometimes they ask who are you... where did you get my number... but for sure most of us intend to be wrong sent for them to know your message and act that you don't intend even if you do...
