can anybody teach me how to sign up for a paypal account through unionbank? i don't have a credit card to sign up regularly and i've read somewhere that you could activate a paypal account through unionbank. is there any other way? please help. thanks.

oh? i registered my paypal account in www.paypal.com. Only needs a mailbox address and the account type is 'personal account'. good luck
