A controversial new study has claimed that men really are more intelligent than women. The study carried out by a man who is British-born researcher John Philoppe Rushton revealed that women's IQs are up to five pionts lower than men's.Does it the reason why so few women make it to the top in the workplace?I don't think so.The sientists also believe that women can achive just as much as men-as long as they work harder.
Europe-wide study reveals entrenched is the "lifestyle divide".They tink the reason is that the women still shoulder the resposibility for housework and childcare. They think only if the lifstyle divide changes will women have equal opportunities in the world of work.

This is not really a philosophy discussion, more psychology. You are better off reading up on the subject than asking the discussion on here and potentially starting a gender war, lol!
But, suffice to say, men and women generally have the same levels of intelligence. But in some areas men are better than women and others women are better than men.
As there are a least 14 types of intelligence there is plenty of scope for variation.
For example: Men tend to be much better at dealing with a lot of different types of info in one place than women. This is why they are usually better map readers.
Women tend to be much more instinctively attuned when we look at emotional intelligence and they have a better sense of smell.
Intelligence is the efficiency by which we process information. It is not an umbrella to hit people over the head with on a gender basis.
Only thickies tend to do that.

I don't think it has anything to do with housework or intelligent.. I think it has to do with what they know... Here's something that I really don't talk about reason being I'm not very happy about it myself... I am a high school drop out... About four years ago I applied for a job as a cashier... I did get it... Than it wasn't even 3 weeks after having this job I was offered a managing positions... It had nothing to do with what you said... It has to do with what you know.. If you are smart you will get boosted up in positions, I mean if you know what you are doing... It does have alot to do with skills.. I personally think.. Just my oppion!
