Sometimes your mood can seriously affect your health.If you always think you are sick,your health will really became bad.Sometimes you may feel not so well.At this time,tell yourself everything is OK.Take it easy,and keep regular life style.You may feel well well then. If you still feel bad,go to a doctor.Follow the doctor's advice,and make yourself as comfortable as you can.Don't worry about yourself all days.It's really a bad habit.

I know someone who is always worrying. He complains all the time about the frustrations of his job, he gets miserable if business is bad, though it's not his own business, he just works there for a salary. He always seems to think the worst things will happen. As a result he is never in good health, always catching colds, has minor ailments all the time. I'm sure if he had a better outlook on life he would enjoy better health.

paid2write,you are right.We should have a better outlook on life.Ha...Sometimes it's difficult,especially when our work is in great trouble and we can't find the way to go out.We should learn to make ourselves braver.Look at the things from a different way.Learn to set aside the troubles and find a new way to have a try.
