Is there any software like Windows Movie Maker

My requirements are as follows.
1. Must be easy to use.
2. Must allow me to add pictures with text on it and choose the timings and some effects
3. Should be able to save the file as a mob=vie of desires siz e(5 MB / 10MB etc etc)
Are there any other free alternatives you know of?
