When's the best time to exercise?

I've been meaning to get rid of my pregnancy fats, but couldn't really find the best time it would fit on my schedule. It's hard for me to do it in the morning because i am usually awake most nights, and i had to make up sleep for it. I can't do it after office, because i still do some work long before my officemates had gone home. Or is it im not that motivated enough? Help please!

I think you are not really motivated or you would find the time to fit it in your busy schedule. But in saying that, when you are at work do you get a lunch break? If so go for a walk during that break and eat a sandwhich or something while you are walking. If it is too cold outside to walk, then just walk around the office you work at. Or/and while sitting down do some exercises while you are working. For example, when I am on the computer I do some leg exercises by just stretching them out in front of me and flexing them, holding for about 10 seconds and then relaxing them and repeating several times. Also get up from the desk and stretch your muscles by putting your arms up in the air and reach as far as you can. Do this every hour when sitting.
