Soya milk is very low in fat and is much better for you than cow's milk. It will also give you some protein if you lack this in your diet. You can buy it unsweetened and you can use it in drinks or on breakfast cereal. If you like a nice drink you can add pure fruit juice to the soya milk. Naturally sweet and low in calories.

Skim milk is very good for you. I would suggest eating lots of veggies and meats like fish and tuna. Lots of water is also good. Water helps to detoxify the body and the colder it is the better. Ice water is helpful because the body burn excess calories to warm the water up.

To be honest with you I was always told that too much milk was fattening, especially if it is full fat. I know that you can have semi skimmed or skimmed and these contain less fat. But even so you have to watch the amount that you have. Certain diets will give you an allowance of milk a day to balance your intake out, I would have it on cereal and in hot drinks but I would not drink it as a drink. The key to weight loss and maintaining weight loss is just to eat healthy and learn to see what you are eating and get into the habit of it, I lost weight a couple of years ago and I have maintained it by just sticking to a healthy balanced diet.
