i am always tired in the morning, everyday i wake up it i am dragging myself to work. I was wondering what other people do to wake themselves up in the morning, the only thing that so far has worked for me is dancing, just jumping around to music. what do you think?

It appears you have the right idea. As difficult as it is to get started early in the morning at times, I can tell you dance (or any form of structured physical activity for that matter) will wake you up, and provide you with the energy you need to carry on throughout the day. When I was a dance major in college, it was not uncommon to schedule a dance class in the early morning for this reason - especially a really upbeat dance form like jazz dancing. All the loud music and energetic dance sequences really stimulates your body and your mind - puts you in an alert state physically and mentally.

Yes that would help for sure. Some days I just do 100 counts of jumping jacks to get my heart rate up and it does give me a spurt of energy. The best time to exercise is in the morning, but I can't manage to get up early enough to do a full long exercise, so instead I just do a 2 minute spurt :)

hi nf!
any physical activity will give us energy that we need. dancing and aerobics and doing gym activities will help build our stamina and yeah, we will be able to do more things not only in the office but also at home as well.
do get on a fitness regimen. you will reap the benefits of it. :)
good day to you!
