you should feel confident about your self!

there are many times i lost my confidence; especially when i get my exam results. Nevertheless, I have been strong and have carried myself this far. I can confidently say that I have made it through.

I am hardly ever confident about myself. I have been treated badly by others all of my life. I am never noticed and hardly ever heard or understood. I just stay to myself, my husband and my daughter most of the time because of it. I have no self esteem but I do work very hard to try and make my life better. That is the only thing that keeps me going.

You are quite right. We need to be confident for ourselves and sometimes things will go better than we expect. Lately sometimes I will have a little makeup and I feel better after it. As you know, a good appearance is also a main factor to feel confident

Hello plumwish. Confidence is very important in our life and work, without which we would find it hard to make any achievement. Well, in most cases I am confident in the job I am engaged in as I think that I am qualified for my teaching job. But there are cases that I am not confident in some other field that I am am lack of proficiency and skill.

I completely agree, as the apparent defects some people see in them selves may not even be noticeable to others. On the other hand there are some people who will try to find a fault with a put down almost anybody. I knew a brilliant man once who led a rather public life and behaved very flamboyantly. He was well liked and appreciated for his personality and mind and as far as I was concerned he was fine looking as well, but one day after I had known this man for some years, an acquaintance said something about pitying him because of his deformity. To this day I have no idea what "deformity" she was talking about. Maybe he had an artificial leg, who knows. I never saw anything wrong with him, or any reason to pity him. I thought he was terrific. When he passes from this earth his wife said he had never said one unkind word to her in over 40 years that they were married. What a guy!

I think that we have all lost our confidence in some cases. But it is our job to get back up again and continue the battle. I know that I would lose faith on certain things like maybe my business that I am working on. I know that God is going to do it. But sometimes I would get discourage and just want to give it up. See we really do not need to give up on our dreams. We should try to be an example for others and try our best to push others. Some people need to be pushed.
