Which one do you like better after doing exercise??iced tea or soda?

iced tea and soda are two kinds of common drinking in our everyday's lives. When you have done exercise, and fell very thristy, which one do you prefer?the iced tea or the soda? I prefer the cied tea, because after doing exercise ,if i drink some soda, i will fell that my sotomach is not very comfortable. So i prefer the iced tea.

I would choose the Ice tea. Its good for the health. While soda is quite strong and it will only make you hungry and gain more weight.

id prefer iced tea, because soda is carbonated and will only make you more thirsty after drinking it. but then when exercising its much better to just take a plain glass of water than any other beverages

I exercise to lose weight and become fit. Both ice tea and soda contains lots of sugar which is in contradiction to my goal, so I wouldn't take any of the two. To quench my thirst after my exercise, I drink water or gatorade, but water is still the best thirst quencher ever.

iced tea is better..soda is bad for your health. but for me,after doing exercise, i drink water.
