black or white

Most confectionary purists (and several governing bodies) agree that "White Chocolate" isn't really chocolate. White chocolate is more of a travesty than a serious confection. (I am joking, of course.) Dark, bitter chocolate is superior, in my opinion.

I have never had white chocolate.Is it really sweeter? I guess I better try it.

Hmmm you make my mouth watering with your question I prefer dark chocolates unless I don't have a choice. LOL! You're right white chocolate is sweeter and it makes my tongue sore easily. Where as dark chocolates are milder for my tongue and you could even choose the level of sweetness. I think I still have 2 bars of dark choco in the cupboard. Do you want some?

I prefer dark chocolate. it's very rare that I eat white chocolate. it's not even proper chocolate, just cocoa butter and sugar. no cocoa. and a higher cocoa content is a higher quality chocolate. for general eating, milk chocolate is the easiest, as it's sweet and creamy, but it's not special. just nice and easy to eat. but a good, bitter-sweet dark chocolate will always be my first choice for a special treat.

I like white chocolate best; I think it tastes sweeter, too. I especially love it with little cookie crumbs in it. xD

Personally I'm not a huge fan of dark chocolate or white chocolate. I much prefer to be the happy medium and have milk!

I like both white and dark chocolate, they're very tasty. If I had to choose one or the other though, I would pick the dark chocolate just because I love the flavor so much!

I will always go for milk chocolate. I don't really like black nor white. I find black too bitter and white too sweet. However, milk chocolate is just pure heaven. Got to go now and get some of those. Yummy!

I only like milk chocolate, so that is what I would pick. I don't like dark chocolate - too bitter, and I have never liked the taste of white chocolate. My kiddos love white chocolate, but I don't!

I too enjoy the white chocolate. Although I can't consume as much of it because it is so rich. It is definitely my favorite though, and I probably like it about 10 times more than regular or dark chocolate.

I like white chocolate a lot better than regular chocolate. I don't really like regular chocolate.

i love chocolates.. regular and white chocolate is really yum.. but my favorite is the dark kind.. it's not too sweet.. and you can actually taste the chocolate more...

I find white chocolate too sweet to eat in any great quantity. I prefer milk chocolate in most cases, although I like dark on chocolate digestives, and things that have mint flavour as well, such as After Eights.

i like black! i think its the unique taste of the black chololate that would give you! whenever i have a bubble bath i prefer black chocolate and when it comes to dip in the strawberry thing i would go to black chocolate
