Know any casserole dishes that are not

[/b]loaded[b]with fat and calories? I like to make casseroles. They make dinner easier sometimes, but I have noticed that all the casserole recipes I have are loaded with fat. Got any low fat ones you would like to share with me?

Most casseroles can be made low-fat if you just substitute low-fat versions of the cream soups and cheeses. That's what I do. Hope that helps!
