Why is it that there are so many silly lawsuits now? Is it because we as people are failing to take responsibility for our own negligence? (ie, drinking hot coffee too fast and burning ourselves) Is it because we are looking for a quick way to get rich fast? I actually got a straw with my drink today that said "CAUTION, NOT RECOMMENDED FOR USE WITH HOT DRINKS!" Granted I know that a majority of lawsuits are reasonable. I'm sure you all know what kind I am talking about. Why are there so many ridiculous lawsuits now-a-days? And is this a possible reason why companies have soooo much "Red-Tape" or "Policies" now?
