Worst injury

I sprained my back 8 years ago and ever since then . . .in and out of physical therapy and CONSTANT pain . . .it sucks.

well i guess i have been lucky so far (touch wood!!) havent had any mind-blowing injuries that i can recall...guess i'm not very prone to injury!

I wiped out on my bike when I was 12 and my whole shoulder was like mush. I have a big scar. Also I broke my wrist and the doctor wouldn't listen when I said the cast wasn't tight enough. I pulled the cast off like a glove on the day that they were going to cut it off. When they took x-rays the bone healed all wrong and they wanted to rebreak it. I said no, it pops a lot and I can't put any real strain on it but it still works for the most part.

Although, I broke my hand last December and was the only bone I'd ever broken, it not actually the worst injury I've incurred. About three years ago, I did some kind of damage to the frontal deltoid connection in my shoulder while weightlifting. It took at least six months to heal but the injury seems to be reoccurring and giving me trouble.

cut my hand open on a piece of glass that was in my garbage can. i was throwing something away and i went to push all the garbage down in the garbage can and i forgot they had glass in there and it cut my hand rite open. i had to get stitches. i forgot how many tho.

When I Was Younger I Ran Into A Glass Table And Had To Get Stitces In My Eyebrow

I dropped a heavy drain cover on my big toe. It split the nail, and cut into my nail bed. Luckily, it didn't break the toe, but it hurt like mad!!!
