Are Scotland Now Better than England At Football

England Lose Again and Scotland get a well fought draw against Croatia All this after Scotland being so close to qualification in their group of death and England yet again failing to qualify in a group they should have easily topped. I think the tables are starting to turn in Britain. I personally think its down to the huge amount of money in the premiership that clubs are much better off buying foreign talent than buying English players and this has had a major effect on the national team. I would really like to see a Scotland V England match sometime soon even if it is a Friendly. DO you think that under new manegement England will finally do something worth while in a major championship?

if england had a good coach and better management they would fair much better than they are now, they are garbage, they have no leadership no real talent no nothing they play as if a bunch of individual teens! no sense of urgenency just not a top national team! Italy is a real soccer team Champs :D and as for scotland... they are improving but its hard that hard to improve when your garbage (or should i say rubbish) to start off with :P as for a england scotland game, i would say tie or 1-0, a lucky goal from either team prolly in the 70-80th min

Scotland is now a lot better than England for two reasons. 1. The Scottish leagues don't recieve anywhere near as much as the English leagues do and this has caused the Scottish clubs to raise their own players. Each season we are producing talented players. England has just bought most of their players from other countries and neglected the young English players. 2. The Scottish players have always given 100% in any game they played and do so for the pride of playing for Scotland. English players have no pride in playing for their country. If Capello can instill some pride in the English players but I doubt it. They are all too big headed to achieve anything.
