I would really focus on walking as many places as possible, stand instead of sitting, pump your legs while sitting, and eat as healthy as possible. Also, take a multi-vitamin and drink lots of water. If you aren't eating as healthy as you should, the vitamin will help. Good luck!

8.You shouldn't drink lots of cold water.

When I was a student, I lived off ramen noodles, canned greenbeans, hotdogs and wonderful things like that. Probably not the healtiest of things. But since I didn't have a car, I had forced exercise - I just walked or biked everywhere I had to go. After graduating and getting a car, I realized how much exercise I got by walking around. So, I still try to walk when I can, like getting the kids from school (it's around the corner) or walking up stairs instead of taking an elevator. The best thing is that it doesn't cost anything. I know fellow students that would study (like reading) while on exercise bikes. Good luck!

hi heaven3,exercise is necessary no matter how busy you are.in addition,it can be taken anytime and anywhere as long as you are determined to do.i think you are a positive student who studies hard and make effort to earn money as well.that's good.
but you should take more care of yourself.i'm delighted to see that you have noticed that.i suggest you do yoga which can be done in bed.anyway, health comes first, take care.
