organising a training for my company

If you are a compere of the program, I suggest the following: 1. Prepare a breif note on how a day's programme will run through and circulate among participants 2. With a laptop connected to overhead projector, you can run salient features of the programme on the screen. Go medium speed and with your microphone every 10 minutes stop the programme and ask for questions/queries. Make sure your 10 hour programme will have 3 to 4 recess. Otherwise however important your traning, it will be boring for the participants. Divide the whole group into 2 or 3 sub-groups at the end and ask them to come out with impressions about the course. Give them mementoes for having patiently listened to you. It is better the whole thing is divided into 3 or 4 sessions and each session is minitored by different persons (experts).
