Adoption of Children is important in both mine & my husbands family. My mother was adopted. Her brother adopted a child. My brother-in-law has two adopted children. My sister-in-law has one adopted child & one adopted grandchild. And guess what, my daughter is going to be adopted by her Step Father. It will be some time this year.

this is one topic i do know about,i think adoption is the best thing anyone could do,i had a son in 2003 and i put him up for adoption and i know it was a great choice, and i made some great people parents, more people need to adopt, and i know people who adopt have to take a lot of parebting classes and skills classes maybe if everyone had to do that we would have less tragady in the world, also my husband is about to adopt my older daughter too,all around adoption is great.

My daughter is 6 and my husband is the only man she knows as her father and when she becomes old enough to understand I will tell her about it.

Perhaps you could do both. Not at the same time of course. Start the process of adoption, & when you know that is succeeding, think about donor eggs. Either way, you will end up with a lovely baby, whether you carry it or not. Good Luck.

Adoption is a noble thing that i guess. not all can do so. Actually you need to have a great heart to adopt and take care of a child as yours which is biologically is not yours. its a great satisfaction who succeed in this.

Adoption is an honorable thing to do... it is like giving a second chance to kids who are not loved and are homeless... we have our own share of adoption... but not as extensive as yours... my uncle and his wife adopted a baby girl because they were too old to have their own... and i think my other uncle would resort to this action too because it is difficult for them to have children since he works abroad... I myself dream of adopting a child or two... but that would have to wait until we fix our finances...

Adoption is good if it can give a child a good family. I support for adoption. Jenny you have a very good heart and thinking ability. Adoption is not something everyone can do they need to be mentally prepared to do that.

Giving a child a family will be supported by others, If you can treat the child as your own children, I believe they will feel more happy than before and you too.

Adoption would only be allowed if the couple can demonstrate that the child would be treated as their own.

I believe adopting a child is a wonderful thing to do. Spain (where I live) is the country number one in Europe when it comes to adoptions. Most people adopt little girls from China, because the waiting lists for adopting a child in this country are endless and it might take five years or even longer to finally get the chance to have a child from here. There are so many parents who abandon their little girls in China, why not give those innocent, mistreated children the possibility to grow up in a loving, caring family? I would do it if I had the financial means. XXX Dana

A few Chinese children are adopted here too, but more come from the Philippines. My niece & nephew are Phillipino. That is excellent that Spain has such a caring attitude to adoption.

I have always agreed with adoption and it is something that my husband and I have discussed, but not done. I personally feel that there are so many children in the world that do not have a family and there is nothing wrong with a family opening themselves up to sharing there love and home with another child. Take care!

It is very difficult to adopt children nowadays as many countries are strict, with good reason. If ever you feel the need top progress towards adoption, may you have a beautiful family.
