Do you enjoy red wine?

Do you enjoy red wine? in the past, i did't like it ,because it tastes a little bitter.
But last month, i visit my sister and my brother in law, he invited me with some red wine ,he put some red wine and some sprit together ,and add some smoked plum in to
it ,and then put it into the refrigerator for a moment .
It tasted delicious!
