What new recipe can you advice in using eggs?

I cook with eggs several ways. I make fried egg sandwich, deviled eggs, poached eggs, egg salad and hard boiled. Also use eggs in fried rice, raw eggs in my yogurt fruit smoothie in the mornings. You can hard boil eggs, sliced them and put with fresh spinach, bacon and whatever you like and make a nice spinach salad. These are just some ideas I can think of real quick, I am sure there are other great ideas you will receive from other mylotters. I am sure you can find recipies for the above mentioned items on the internet.
