How to change my Photo?

This is my first visit this site and I don't know how to change my photo on the left top ? would you please tell me how to change it ? Thank you very much if you tell me.

I have been trying to figure out how to change my avitar. I had asked in another discussion but never received a reply that I could find. Thanks for this very helpful advice. I will now try to change it.
