Does"mylot digest" Just mea most responses in 24 hours?

Today,one of my discussion topics posted yesterday comes in "mylot digest".This is not the first time for me.I know that it's because i got so many responses in 24 hours.But are ther some other meaning of it?I'm not clear abou that.

Mylot digest's discussions are circulated amongst most of the members (those who have opted for e-mail notifications) the more your discussion gets publisicised more are the chances of getting responses.

It may be. still I am not very clear how the discussions appears there.i am also there in todays digest. its two days in consequence that i am there. may be in last 24 hours which all gt max responses.
