how to deal with busy job?

i am busy with my job recently.i work day and night,and i have no weekend. i am so tired that i can sleep if i have ten minutes sitting somewhere. can you help me?

thank you .my boss understand me,but the task is the government gave our bureau.if we can not complete it on time ,we will not get the money i had given as mortgage.those who work in the government must gave money as mortgage before the task begin.

Hi ,there!We may find it hard to find any free time in real life .But do we watch ourselves that sensitive?
In my opinion,We shouldn't be swallowed by the endless work! Just relax and enjoy yourself for a while even when having the meal ,and you will feel the good of life.
Better to arrange some time to read some books ,such as
The Bible.
