Try this: turn on computer press F8 repeatedly tell computer to boot to safe mode once in safe mode go into administrator account note:computer will look funny, but it will work the same. Go to start/control panel/user accounts You should then be able to: a) create new user account and delete old account b) delete admin password that is giving you trouble Then turn computer off, then back on, and all should be ok.
