Most of my friends are arguing now about when is the best time to do exercises, some say that morning is the best time,as the air is fresh and you don't have much food in your stomach,it will feel very pleasant;yet, some say evening is the best time,if do some proper exercises after dinner,it will be very helpful for a good sleep. In my opinion,i prefer morning. What do you think?please share your ideas.

Hiya aenasao,
I would say morning as then its out of the way but if you do it at night, you will be putting it off like 'oh I'll do it in 5 minutes or I'll just do this first etc. Whereas in the morning you do and then you have the day to do whatever and will feel better knowing you have done your daily exercise!
I dont do exercise as I work in supermarket and that is enough exercise especially when customers ask for stuff they cant find plus I live in an upstairs flat so have four flights of stairs to go up!!
I should do more exercise but am a lazy bum!!

I am not sure what time is the best for exercise. But for people like me, I could hardly allocate enough time for exercise. So, as long as I am free to exercise, I will be much grateful LoL. I prefer having exercise in the evening. Because I could relax my mind and release the stress by end of the day. I do not prefer exercise in the morning, because I always feel sleepy at that moment, even on working day. During holiday, I get up late and that's why morning is not suitable for doing exercise.

Exercise can only do you good if you do it. No matter what time you like to exercise, there are still pros and cons. Like in the morning.Pros - Raises your heart rate and metabolism to burn more calories at earlier time.Cons - Cold, Body temperature is at its lowest 1 to 3 hrs before awakening. Afternoon - Pros - Muscles are warm and flexible. COns - Distractions from other commitment.Evening Pros - perceives exertion is low.COns - need to allow one to 3 hrs to wind down.
The best time to exercise is the time that will fit to your schedule so you can do it consistently. Experts agree - it is not the time of the day that matters as much as finding the time you can set aside consistently for your workout.

Hello, aenasao! It is always good to do some exercise in the morning hours, before sun rise.after routine works go for a walk or go to the gym and after return from the exercise have your bath and take breakfast.in evening you may go for a walk in the beach or in the park.but you may skip it.after super walk a mile will be better for you to pursue as it may bring you a good night sleep.thank you.

I do most of my exercising in the afternoon after I have completed all the housework. I work out in my home while everyone else is gone because I am the type that don't like people looking at me. In the evenings we take a walk as a family after we have ate our supper. I feel that it not only burns the calories from eating, but it also helps me rest more easily at night time.

For me it is the morning. If I do a good aerobic workout first then in the morning then I find I have more energy all day. I think it also helps to give your metabolism a boost so you burn more calories throughout the day.
For the past week now I've been trying to do 2 shorter workouts, roughly 12 hours apart, hoping to keep my metabolism up more consistently. I think it may be making a slight difference.
