If you could be famous tomorrow, would you choose to be?

I'd rather not be famous. In fact I wish a few less people knew me , especially the ones who want money. . I'd be one of those that punch the papparazzi.

I would not want the fame as I cannot stand being in the limelight, but I would have the money! Everyone always says that money does not bring happiness, but heck it goes a long way in making me happy!! But to be honest sitting here and trying to think of anyone I would like to be is impossible, they have so much going on in their personal lives I think I would much rather just be me, but definately with their money!

I dont like to be famous.I dont like to be defamed.I just want to be rich and dont want to live in luxuries.I just want to live life for others who are really needy. who dont have money for food.Who dont have cloths to ware.I just want to live the life of anonimity.

if i were famous, i would like to be a famous author...those types of famous people not everyone will notice or recognize but you would still be making some serious cash! gotta love that!

This is an interesting question...I wonder what percentage of celebrities today would say that they would still choose to be famous after what they have been through. To be famous you must prepare to be strong and be able to take what they dish out. Being famous is a hard job.

As I read your discussion, I realised that you have shifted the track. You started from becoming famous and then ended up becoming an actor. Well, I rightly believe that its not only the actors who are famous. One more fact is that, the personal lives of media personalities are more flashed in magazines. I am into Biotechnology and to be a bit proud, I am soon becoming a scientist. So I believe, if anytime in life I become famous, rarely will be the chance, when my personal lives will be exposed. Obviously, Brad Pitt is more famous than Stephen Hawking. We know more about the personal lives of Branjelina than about Hawking. So I would not mind becoming a famous scientist. Although a major drawback here is that, scientists make a good mark in the hit-list of terrorists. So its just to be careful. For everything big, there is a big price to pay and everyone has his own opinions for anything.

If I have the chance to be I would love it! hhahahaha..given a chance to choose, I will choose Angelina Jolie. I want to be that sexy, pretty! then I love how she extend all her blessings to children who are very poor!

It is not a rush for me. Because when your status is up their you have to watch everything you do. Prime example, Brittney Spears, I believe she is doing all that crazy stuff because all of the national attention. But being famous, it isn't bad, it is just you have to watch what you do around the public. I do not want to walk in no famous person shoes. I would rather walk in my shoes, and wait when it is my time. I would rather just be led by God, because he knows my plans for life. I know that I have greatness set before me. What I am doing right now is just temporarily.

I never think of being famous. I don't think I have the capacity to be famous... But even if I could be, I will not choose to be. Being a famous one is really tiring.. you will have lot pressure, everyone will be focous on you. you will have no privacy... that's the most terrible thing..

I wouldn't mind being a famous actor, starring in movies. Sometimes the evil villian or in a goofy comedy like Scary Movie or Ace Ventura. It would be cool for everyone to know me and I could legitimately call myself a big shot. The part about stalkers and the paparazzi might bug me though. I don't know...I've never been stalked. Still, I think it'd be cool to make it in Hollywood. Or maybe a rockstar..so many options. The issue of money wouldn't matter because I could always find something to spend it on. If I were filthy rich, I'd donate some to an animal rights fund. Plus, it'd be great to have that kind of money. If I were famous, I could say to all the people who doubted me, "Here I am. Look at me. I showed you." Heh heh heh.

No..ive read your thread and ive decided i dont want to be famous¬!!...mind you ive never wanted to be famous !! just think of having to be surrounded by people al the time...having your piccy taken...having to look your best...oh no not for me . I think its just easier to stay as myself,then if i want privacy or chocolate i cann have both!!!
