making money online

does ant one know how to make money online? without having to pay any membership or any other fees. i have tried surveys that say they pay money but they dont they put you in a draw or you get samples i want to find something on line that actually pays money. can any one please tell me of a web site that actually does this

I earn from a couple of affiliate sites that were free to join and free to earn. I have earned several times with SurveySpot. They were also free to join and they sent my checks out when they said they would, though not every survey is a cash survey.
I'm also close to payout on a PPC site. I don't know if they charge a fee when they payout, but they did give me a $10 sign-up bonus when I joined for free.

If you accept my friend request, I can send you a couple of links to sites I know are available where you live. All of them were free to join, free to earn and I've already received payments/have a pending payment with these sites. (I can't send links in the forums due to myLot policies)
