My sister in law made a cheese and sausage dip that was soooo tasty. It had Velveeta and condensed milk and I don't know what else but it was YUMMY. Now I have made the Velveeta and chili dip. I was wondering how else Velveeta is used..

Green Enchilades is an excellent meal. I use velveeta in tuna casserole too. Any dish you top with grated cheese you can use velveeta. It tastes better and melts easier. It makea a great old fashioned pimento cheese spread too. We use it often.

I like a velveeta dip with sausage and spicey rotel tomatoes - kept heated up in the slow cooker - excellent tortilla chip dip. I used the left overs from this to mix in with elbow macaroni or shells - to make a nice quick spicy mac and cheese

I use it on anything that needs a cheese sauce, like mac and cheese, broccoli, cauliflower, etc. I also make a dip for corn or tortilla chips with Velveeta type cheese and salsa. I couldn't tell you exactly how much of each, but until the cheese turns slightly pink. Microwave the cheese to melt it, then mix in the salsa.

Velveeta cheese is one of the best for cooking. I use it for Mac and cheese. There is a dip recipe that calls for 1 lb. of velveeta cheese 1 can of mushroom soup and 1 lb. of sausage that is great. I like to put it on baked potatoes too. The use is endless. it melts better than cheddar cheese.

I have made a sausage and cheese dip with Velveeta before. It was a pound of sausage, 2 pounds of Velveeta, a can of evaporated milk, a packet of Italian dressing mix, 4 ounces of cream cheese, and a little extra milk because it was too thick. It makes a ton of dip! I don't use it often, but it is good in some things. I like using it for broccoli, rice casserole, mac and cheese with some ground turkey in it, and grilled cheese.

I use it with salsa for a dip, and also for just about anything that requires a cheese sauce.
