Man shoots wife during DIY project

Officials are trying to determine whether to file charges against a man who fatally shot his wife while trying to install a satellite television system in their home.
Patsy Long, 34, of Deepwater, was pronounced dead on Saturday evening after being shot in the chest with a .22-calibre handgun.
Her husband Ronald Long fired the shot from inside their home after several unsuccessful efforts to punch a hole through the exterior wall using other means.
The woman, who was outside the house, was hit by the second of two shots fired by Ronald Long, the Henry County Sheriffs Department said.
Sheriffs Department spokesman Major Robert Hills said a person involved in such a case normally would be charged with manslaughter, but that was up to the prosecutor.
"Once we complete a diagram of the incident, we will be submitting everything to the prosecuting attorney and let him decide if he wants to press criminal charges," Hills said.

...that's really terrifying and a sad news
...it's really inhuman...just because of that satellite television, he would shot his wife?
That's really terrible, so bad, and disastrous event...he should be imprison because he committed a terrible crime...he did shot his poor innocent wife...
In my own point of view, that man is really narrow-minded or immature...or maybe he has a mental disorder...because why would he shot his wife?
He really doesn't have a conscience and a heart, for killing his wife...prosecutors should really file charges to that bad person...
It's not good to tolerate such kind of terrible and chaotic acts...our world is getting dangerous now a days...
So it's really good to take precautions and really be careful...i don't know but it feels like it's not good to trust people now a days...
That's only my views, but it's really good to stay away from danger...it's good to stay positive, but it's also good to be safe always...
That sad tragic news will not happen if that bad guy knows how to respect and love his wife truthfully...in my own point of view, in our lives, there should always be love and respect present...
And most of all, if we put GOD in the center of our lives, obeying all HIS good commandments, having faith and love professing with good works, being a GOD fearing person, then there would be no such terrible acts in our society...
It's really good to pray to GOD always...let's always abide in HIM...according in the BIBLE, Psalms 91:11 "For HE shall give HIS angels charge over thee, to keep thee in all thy ways." HE is our strong refuge, and our strong tower...
