For me, any type of whole food is healthy. That is, fruits, vegetables, milk, whole grains and lean meats. Anything that's processed, even when it's low in fat, is not quite as healthy. I pretty much eat only whole foods and whole foods with only a slight modification. So, that would be my suggestion.
