Some people believes that every firm requires their employees to sign a agreement that no employee should perform a duty that is conflict the firm. Thats what ICC points out towards the Great Indian Batsman Sunil Gavaskar. However some believes that ICC is too harsh on Gavaskar. everybody has freedom to voice his/her openion. Also ICC is always biased againest India and other asian countries. And the way Gavaskar pointout the injustice to the asian countries by Australia and English countries, is the reason ICC respond such badly. SO what do you think about the whole issue ?

It's not about signing. Gavaskar generally writes article and comments onthe cricket in his columns. However the last column on jan this year during India's australlia tour, he didn't hesitate to write about the parciality on the indian and other asian countries. This goes againest the Australlians and ICC. As per ICC, as he is the chairperson of ICC, He should not write such articles. Now he has to decide whether to stop writing columns or he have to resign from the chair persons post.
