Should I quit my job if someone at work bothers me?

I have started a new job recently. but my partner out there is really a mass of dirt. So, i decided to quit. AM i TAKING THE RIGHT DECISION? What I think is that: I dont have to burn my nerves. I will just move on to find another job.

If you can afford it then I would quit right away but like most of us it might be wise to find something first. Unless you can collect unemployment. Sometimes it is also hard the first couple of weeks but then gets easier. I am unsure how long you have been there.

I cant take dear he is really a mass of dirt. he does not want me to be there and since he has been there for long time. he has more authority than me.
