how can we protect our eyes while watching television?

friends, i have been using sun glasses while watching movie it gives to me extra protection of course i have television option to eye icon so i can do that one but i will maintain certain distance to watch television and what do you think about distance while watching television. do you have any plans to protect our eyes with extra care if you have share with us.

that's a clever idea, wearing sunglasses - i never heard of it before! unfortunately i think it would be far to dark in my apartment to wear sunglasses and still be able to see the tv. my parents always did warn me as a kid not to sit too close to the television, so i still try to adhere to that advice today. of course, the same also applies to the computer screen so we should all be extra careful with that!
