Unless u are a real fitness freak, or going for competition or trying to lose weight, if not, it's really troublesome and bothersome to do so.. Unless, it's things that u'r gonna cook at home, and that will be different, because u can control it..

Yes, except when we go to food festivals and and general festival days where it is difficult to monitor intake of food. REst of the year, I am highly conscious of food intake and very choosy and successfully resist the temptation. It is better to stay healthy food-wise.

Yes I do monitor what I eat every day. With all the talk about cancers and other food related illnesses, I try to stay away from those high risk foods and only take them occassionally - like food that are deep fried or preserved and with colouring(canned food included), cutting down on carbohydrate intake and trying to take more of those with high fibre and nutrition. For me it takes discipline everyday to try to eat 'right'. However, knowing myself, I do take 'sinful' food now and then so I don't feel deprived and that keeps me more motivated to eat healthy the rest of the time. Cold turkey doesn't work for me so I try to do things in moderation unless it's something which is an absolute no-no.

well,i sometimes monitor the food i eat, especially for some high calorie foods, yet, sometimes,i just can not resist the temptation though i know i should not eat that much.i am about 80KG right now,it's a little heavier comparing to my height,it seems that i need to control my food intake from now on.
