Why is it that Female cockatiels don't talk very well and that males do? Our cockatiel gets so annoying when we're not in the same room. Any body know how to train her to talk more?

when teaching birds to talk you need a lot of time, the best way is to repeat the same words over and over but not to often that it turns to white noice, also you need to do this in a high piched voice to start with because birds can copy higher piched noices more easily.
at first keep to one SHORT word with very few silibles.
